There are many conditions that can cause dizziness, from dehydration, to vertigo, to other more serious conditions.

!Dizziness can be a sign of something very serious. If you are experiencing any dizziness it is important to tell your health care provider about your symptoms.!

1. Get Help! My number one tip for anyone experiencing dizziness is to make sure you get help. Tell a health provider about the dizziness you are experiencing and find out what is causing your symptoms.

2. Stay hydrated. Dehydration can make you feel dizzy and light headed. This might not be what's causing your dizziness, but it is always a good idea to be drinking water and staying hydrated.

3. Check your posture. Slouching over your work or staring at a screen for a long time can cause dizziness. Make sure you are practicing proper desk ergonomics and taking a break from all screens every 30-40 minutes.
