How is Your Air Quality?
I know the air quality has been very poor over the last few weeks. Here are a few of my tips to help mitigate the effects of the poor air quality.
1. Change the air filters in your home: A clean filter will catch more debris and dust. Running the AC with a new filter will make the air in your home easier to breath.
2. Avoid exercising outside: If you can, plan on exercising in your home. If you do exercise outside, try to wear a mask.
Pro tip: Use this opportunity to cross train. If you do a lot of running and leg conditioning, switch it up and work on upper body strength.

3. Add a few house plants to your home: House plants can help filter the air in your home. Plants absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen into the air. An easy plant to care for is a ZZ plant (Zanzibar Gem) and can be found at most hardware stores.
