Stress
Stress might not be the cause of your back or neck pain, but it's definitely not making the pain any better. Everyday things like traffic, school, and work deadlines can take a toll on your body. Even if you are stressed from Coronavirus, here are my tips to help reduce some of those everyday stressors.

1. Get Organized:
Keep a schedule and stick to it the best you can. Writing down deadlines and events in a phone or planner can help keep you on track and make sure nothing falls to the last minute. Remember, everyone is different. If you don’t know what is going to keep your schedule on track, try different things one at a time, until you find what works.

2. Take time to care for yourself:
It’s easy to get carried away and forget to give your body what it needs. This can come in the form of meditation, a walk on the beach, a nap, or keeping a journal. Make sure you do something everyday.

3. Exercise:
Get out and get moving! Exercise is a great way to reduce your stress. Plan ahead and schedule some time to get a workout in.
